Motion Control is ME's own control system for how the machine behaves during each working cycle. Instead of only changing stroke length or voltage, it changes how energy is delivered to the needle during pigment implantation, so the machine's working characteristic is matched to the goal of the procedure.

Lips Motion Control is tuned to the biomechanics of lip tissue, Powder Motion Control gives soft even implantation for powder effect, Hairstroke Motion Control is configured for precision in hairstroke work, and Satin Motion Control is the versatile in-between profile. Each profile can perform almost any procedure; the names describe what the system is optimized for, not a limitation.

No. Each ME machine carries exactly one Motion Control profile. The profile and the stroke are chosen at purchase and built into that machine — they cannot be changed on the device, which is why many artists own two or three machines in different configurations.

Two mechanical strokes: 2.8 mm and 3.5 mm. All four Motion Control profiles work within both, so the platform is built on two universal strokes with four different needle behaviors.

It depends on the work you do most. As a general orientation used by our trainers: 2.8 mm with Lips Motion Control for lips and for brows on dry, mature or normal skin; 3.5 mm with Powder Motion Control for brows on oily, thick or spongy skin. For lips and lip blush we recommend the 2.8 mm stroke with Lips Motion Control, which is tuned to the biomechanics of lip tissue. In testing across many lip types it showed less swelling, good pigment retention and more predictable healing. The same configuration also works well on brows on dry, mature or normal skin.

ME cartridges are available in 0.25, 0.30 and 0.35 needle diameters, in three characteristics: Type A is universal with an elongated tip, Type B is stiff and direct, and Type F is soft. Cartridges are sold individually from 8.90 PLN.

Yes. Grip ME Slim is available in twelve colors at 79 PLN, with a standard 25 mm diameter. A single ME 18350 1100 mAh 3.7 V battery is 42 PLN and the two-slot mains charger is 99 PLN. We also sell pre-drawing pencils, refills and sterile pigment cups.

Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days of payment, depending on order volume and availability. Each ME machine is prepared in the stroke and Motion Control configuration you selected, which is why the window is not same-day. You receive a tracking number by e-mail when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Yes, within the European Union: DPD delivery is free on orders from 3,000 PLN, shown as the equivalent in your local currency, which in practice covers any order containing an ME machine. Yes. DHL Express air service is available to every destination we ship to and is our fastest option; the rate and estimated transit time are shown at checkout when you select it.

Not within the European Union — goods move duty-free inside the EU Customs Union and VAT is already included in the price. Outside the EU, orders are invoiced at 0% VAT, so your local customs authority assesses duties and import VAT. The carrier will contact you if payment is required; it only collects on behalf of customs.

No. Permanent makeup equipment is used on broken skin, so returns are subject to hygiene conditions. An ME machine can be returned only if the machine and its packaging are unopened, with all seals, stickers and labels intact and no signs of use. The same applies to cartridges and accessories: unused, unopened and resalable.

Contact contact@mepmu.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging and your order confirmation. If the damage is confirmed, we cover return shipping and refund the purchase price together with the shipping cost.

24 months against hidden defects, counted from the date of delivery. Consumable and wear parts, batteries above all, are replaced for a fee. Your statutory rights for goods not in conformity with the contract apply for two years from delivery and are not limited by the warranty.

For a justified warranty claim we cover collection and return of the machine. For damage caused by the user or for repairs outside the warranty, the owner pays shipping both ways and we quote the repair before starting work.
